Christmas begins with the little things—the decorations brought out of storage, a favorite corner dressed for the season, and the anticipation of everyone coming home. With a green gift sack on his back, Santa climbs a cream-colored ladder to put a golden star in place, capturing the joyful preparations that make a house feel ready for Christmas.
One hand holds the ladder while the other reaches toward the star, his face tilted upward and his boots resting on different rungs. The lively pose turns a small tabletop decoration into a familiar holiday story: there is always one more special touch to add before the celebrations begin.
Crafted from wood and iron with a distressed matte finish, this piece pairs traditional Christmas colors with the warmth of vintage holiday decor. Place it on an entryway console, mantel, or bookshelf to bring a little of that decorating-day excitement into your home.
Features
🎅 A Little Story of Christmas Preparation
Santa’s climbing pose, upward gaze, and gift sack capture the cheerful bustle of getting your home ready for the holidays.
⭐ A Golden Finishing Touch
An open antique-gold star frame surrounds three solid cream-colored decorative beads, creating an airy focal point above the ladder.
🪵 Wood & Iron Character
Wooden elements bring warmth to Santa’s head, hands, gift sack, and simplified figure components, while the iron ladder, shaped clothing panels, and star framework add definition and sculptural detail.
🎨 Vintage Christmas Colors
Santa’s red outfit, cream-colored beard and trim, green sack, and black boots complement the cream ladder and antique-gold star. Matte surfaces and distressed accents give the piece a nostalgic, timeworn character.
🪜 Freestanding, Fully Assembled Design
Santa, the ladder, and the star framework are fixed together as one display. Front and rear ladder feet support the piece directly, preserving the open silhouette without a shared base.
🏡 A Festive Accent for Smaller Spaces
At 7.9 inches tall, it adds a complete Christmas scene to a console, shelf, or mantel, with room nearby for holiday cards, greenery, and other seasonal favorites.
